Post-Service Diagnosis Policy

After unclogging a toilet or any drain, we will provide you with a diagnosis outlining what needs to be done to fully resolve the issue. If the problem persists and requires a follow-up visit or additional work, a separate charge will apply for the subsequent service.

Access Requirements

• Clients are responsible for providing proper access to the plumbing system. If access is unavailable or requires additional work to be created, any extra labor or materials will be billed separately.

Clogged Drains and Recurrence

• Our drain-clearing services are guaranteed for specific time period. However, if the clog recurs due to unrelated issues (e.g., broken pipes, tree roots, or improper items being flushed), additional charges will apply for follow-up work.

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly for a one-year term, and a credit card must remain on file. If you cancel before completing the full year, you will be required to pay the full original price of the services provided, which is higher than the total monthly payments. Partial payments or paying only the difference will not be accepted unless approved by the owners. If approved, you may pay the remaining balance at the discounted subscription price.

• Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service. Failure to resolve payment issues may delay warranty coverage or follow-up visits and could impact the warranty terms provided by the company.

• Service call fees are non-refundable, even if additional work is not approved or required.

• Net 10/30 Terms: Payments not made within 10 or 30 days, as specified in your agreement, will be subject to late fees and may incur additional charges.

• Mechanic’s Lien Law: In accordance with state law, failure to make payment for services rendered may result in a mechanic’s lien being placed on your property to secure the owed amount.
• Residential Properties Only: Add a note clarifying that the plans are for residential properties only.
  Credit Card Tax: Update the payment terms to mention that credit card payments include a 3.99% processing fee.
  

  
  

Priority Repairs Terms and Conditions Guaranteed Scheduling: Priority repairs are guaranteed a service spot within 48 hours. Emergency Requests: Emergency scheduling requires approval from the owner, who has the authority to waive or approve emergencies. After-Hours Service: After-hours repairs will include an additional charge, but priority members will receive a discount on the fee.
